75.Interpretation
For the purposes of this Act —
Her Majesty means, when not repugnant to the context, Her Majesty, her heirs and successors.
Governor in Council means the Governor acting with the advice of the Executive Council.
Treasurer means the Treasurer of the Colony for the time being.
Person includes a corporation or association of persons.

juridical person : Entity, as a firm, that is not a single natural person, as a human being, authorized by law with duties and rights, recognized as a legal authority having a distinct identity, a legal personality. Also known as artificial person, juridical entity, juristic person, or legal person. Also refer to body corporate.
The Birth Information Paper
This document may be called different things. Live Birth Record, Birth Information Paper.. it’s the record made by the hospital BEFORE it goes to the Registrar for registering. See also Your Name.
Please note your “name” (highlighted in yellow).
ie Name of Child, Name of Father, Name of Mother – NONE are eg. Joe BLOGGS, the name is eg. Joe
Your “SURNAME” is not your name.
Your parents named you, in this example “Jillian”.
The Registrar JOINED your family name to your name when creating the registration Birth Certificate, creating a legal fiction, a “person”, a new “name” which you were led to believe was your “name”. However, the legal fiction is a dead entity. If the living man or woman accept the legal fiction as their “name”, the “person” is, for all legal purposes, you.
The “informant” was required to “hand over” the child to the State, so that the State could create the sole corporation, the Cestui Que Vie Trust, when the new “name” was created. The informant, Grantor of the newly created Trust.
This document is “usually” available through your Births, Death and Marriages in the State you were born. It used to be available as a Certified Copy, but govco brought in legislation (in WA at least) to never provide Certified copies of these documents in around 2021. You don’t need this document to “know” who you are. This example just shows the type of information that was included in that document.
Corporation
n. an organization formed with state governmental approval to act as an artificial person to carry on business (or other activities), which can sue or be sued, and (unless it is non-profit) can issue shares of stock to raise funds with which to start a business or increase its capital.
